Two bedrooms in a self-contained basement suite, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Located between Camosun Lansdowne campus and UVic, minutes away from both campuses. On bus routes for #4, #7, #15, #9, closed to amenities.

The suite has a private entrance, a full kitchen, a pair of washer and dryer, and a newly renovated bathroom. The rooms are partly furnished, including a dresser/wardrobe, a desk and a bed (available upon request). The kitchen eating area has a dining table and some chairs. Bike storage is available.

Both rooms will be available starting May 1. Monthly rent is all inclusive (utilities, internet, laundry, hydro). For the larger room is $1100 per month, the smaller room is $1000 per month.

No pet, no drugs and no smoking (this is a hard rule). Prefer quiet and respectful students.
