Quail Balut is an East-Asian delicacy where fertilized eggs are partially incubated to produce a soft and creamy-textured egg that is boiled and often served with lemon, garlic, herbs, and spices.
Our Quail Balut begins with Celadon Coturnix Quail eggs, a recessive quail phenotype that produces stunning smooth glossy blue eggs, which are incubated for 12-14 days depending on the preference of our customers.
Because of the importance of being fresh, and obtaining the eggs immediately after they have finished incubating, our Quail Balut is made to order only and is not prepared in advance. Contact us here place an order and we will contact you immediately to confirm your order, confirm a date, and determine if your Quail Balut will be delivered or you will pickup from a location near us. Delivery is limited and comes with an additional charge depending on location and volume of order.
Quail Balut is $30 per dozen.
Quail Balut is candled to ensure fertilization and development.
Important: Due to seasonal demands on incubators, Quail Balut is limited in availability. Orders should be placed well in advance.
