Description
Selling my 2007 Subaru Legacy. This is NOT the GT, it’s the regular SOHC model. Bought this car in March of 2022 and it’s been my daily. I’ve recently bought an SUV more suited to my needs so I’m getting rid of this.
This car is being sold as-is or for parts since it has rust through the quarter panel (check pics). You’ll need to know your way around a welder and/or bondo or “know a guy” about a safety... Furthermore it’s 18 years old and I can guarantee nothing at this point.
It starts up immediately, and other than a broken ball joint has never left me stranded.
It’s rolling on a set of Yokohama Advan Summers which are an excellent tire.
I personally did the head gaskets and timing set May this year so that isn’t something you’ll need to worry about.
Since I’ve owned the car I’ve done oil changes regularly at 8000km with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum.
Since I’ve owned the car I’ve: 2022 - Replaced the rear section of brake lines with CuNi Lines (old lines rusted out) 2022 - Rebuilt/Resealed Power Steering Pump (was leaking) 2022 - Replaced Accessory Drive Belts (Proactive) 2022 - Replaced Front Passenger Ball Joint (Snapped in Parking Lot) 2022 – Replaced Outer Tie Rod Ends (Proactive) 2023 – Replaced A/C Idler Pulley (Squeaky) 2023 - Replaced Radiator and Hoses (Radiator sprung leak) 2024 - Replaced Front Brake Rotors/Pads (worn) 2024 – Replace Spark Plugs/Air Filter/Cabin Air Filter (Proactive) 2024 - Replaced Battery (failed) 2025- Replaced Starter (failed) 2025 - Replaced Shocks and Springs (worn) 2025 - Replaced Rear Brake Rotors/Pads (worn) 2025 - Replaced Head Gaskets (Leaking in classic Subaru Fashion) 2025 - Replaced Timing Set (Overdue)
Time is valuable, I only negotiate in person, so any “will you accept xxx dollars” messages will be ignored. Yes it’s still available, any is it still available messages will be ignored. NO SCRAPPERS! You will be ignored.
Yes, you can test drive it, but it’s no longer insured so you can only take it around the immediate neighborhood.
