2003 Dodge 2500 Cummins SLT

For Sale: 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel - Mileage: ~425,000 km - Engine: 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel - Drivetrain: 4WD, Single Exhaust, One-Piece Driveshaft - Condition: Solid work truck with legendary Cummins engine, ready for someone who can handle some repairs. Will require a flat bed to pick up. I have a video of the engine running. Recent Maintenance: • Synthetic diesel engine oil and filter changed • Fuel filter replaced • Engine air filter replaced • Windshield washer fluid topped up Known Issues (Repairs Needed): -Exterior Lights: • High mount brake light bulb burnt out • Left license plate light bulb burnt out • Left and right brake lights not working (left bulb good, right rear housing glued, needs replacement) • Signal light issues at left rear (no power, possible corroded wiring) • Extended electrical diagnostics needed; may require new wiring • Check Engine Light Diagnostics: • Code P0483 (Fan Speed) active but not illuminating check engine light • Clutch fan engages/disengages at idle; needs diagnostics for fan clutch or wiring - Mechanical Repairs: • Front U joints are loose and that the rear driveshaft unjoints have worn through the cups into the shaft • Driveshaft needs to be replaced • Transmission rebuild required • Front crankshaft oil seal replacement • Transfer case output shaft oil seal replacement (front) • Axle shaft oil seals replacement (both sides, 11.50” rear axle, non-dually) • Tie rod replacement (center link at pitman arm)
