2009 Nissan Xterra Offroad 6speed Manual

Will not respond to default messages or time wasters! I’m selling my manual 2009 Nissan Xterra Offroad. 6 speed manual, featuring factor fog lights (replaced with Hella’s) and roof lights, low range 4wd, selectable traction control, electronic locking rear differential, among other offroad/p4x package items. I’ve been the owner of this vehicle for a year and a half. We’re selling only because we don’t need two vehicles anymore and we’re switching to something smaller and more economical. I still drive this 2-3 times a week so mileage will slowly increase. Its a fantastic vehicle and has been extremely reliable for us. During our ownership the Xterra has recieved the following: 191k kms - New leaf springs in the rear - New sway bar bushings and end links - New cam position sensors - New air filters - New spark plugs 198k kms - new battery (with warranty) 203k kms - New Bilstien 4600 series shocks at all four corners, and a fresh alignment At the time I purchased the vehicle I also replaced/added the following: - Driver side rear window motor - Driver rear window switch - Driver front window switch - Hatch struts - Replaced rear seat belt w/ new oem one - New oem rear mud flaps - Used oem rear bumper (for cosemetic reasons only) - Weather tech front and cargo mat and oem rubber mats in the back seat - Hella fog lights in place of oem - Roxterra Mole panel on the driver side window in the cargo area (great for adventure gear) - LED headlight bulbs - Voltage reader and usb conversion to the center console 12v plug - Raptor liner on the lower portion and roof of the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle it has already had some paint work done to it. I opted to have thw raptor liner done in an effort to capsulate the rust, but the under side of the rockers weren’t treated and its bleeding through again. The raptor liner is colour matched with paint from Carlson Body Shop, it would just need to be clear coated over to blend with the painted surfaces. I have extra raptor liner and paint that will be sold with the vehicle so it could be redone. The only things noteworthy about the vehicle that may require attention are the windshield (cracked on passanger side), and the handbrake needs to be adjusted at the shoes. I leave the vehicle in gear and it doesn’t give me any issues. It has some minor body flaws, dents and rock chips but it is very solid and will be a dependable vehicle for a long time. Based on comparable vehicles on the market I feel this is priced competitively, especially for a manual xterra offroad. I will only discuss the price with serious buyers in person.
