2012 Kia Optima 2.4L Maintenance History

2.4L engine, 5-speed Auto w/ sport mode shift. 238,751kms. Push-button start with immobilizer. 1 key. Runs and drives great. No dashboard lights. Engine and transmission work great. Great on gas for a car this size. Black leather interior. Very clean interior for milage. Very spacious and comfortable. All features work; A/C, backup camera, audio system, etc. This car has been well maintained and not abused since it was bought new. I am the second owner since this year. Previous owners were a 50 yr old couple, the wife used it to travel to NY often for work, a lot of highway kms. Majority of its maintenance done at Kia dealership. I have 90% of the service records since the car was bought new, the oldest from ’12 @ 9,100kms. They document frequent oil changes 3000-6500kms, frequent suspension fixes and alignments, recalls fixed. Other notable maint; Transmission Flush/Coolant Flush at 47114k & 146073k. This proof of oil changes on time will ensure you are eligible for a free engine at the dealership if this one goes eventually, covered for life. Body is in really good condition. No major accidents, but some parking-lot bumps. Barely any rust, underbody is very clean for age. Only visible spots are above the front windshield shown in photo. Paint has some visible scratches nothing major, overall really good. Rear right side bumper was resprayed to fix deep scratches, colour match is close but a little off. Recent maintenance: Front brakes pads/rotors replaced. New FL caliper. Brake fluid flush all lines. Both front control arms replaced. Rack and pinion replaced, steering calibration and alignment done. Exhaust system; both mufflers and the Y-Pipe replaced. Oil pan gasket replaced. New Cabin air filter. The “-“ -Front plastic splash guard is slightly cracked and zip-tied in a few places. Doesn’t hang. -The metal heat shield over left muffler is rusted on 1 of its 2 bolt holes.
