500HP Custom 2022 Performance Model Y

Mint condition 22 Y Performance. Had many tasteful mods to give it a nice Rally setup (Performance wheels, tires, RallyArmor flaps, Racking). Has full Performance Software featureset that allows track mode (not safe for road use) which unlocks the car to 100% Performance capabilities of 500HP to the 2x motors and removes all traction controls and/or safety systems to provide the raw performance of this car. Capable of 0-60 in 3.3sec (will beat many exotic cars easily). Has very low mileage at 41,000km, is in brand new condition as its my wifes car and she does just an 8km commute in it currently. Also could be used for towing if needed as it has a hidden hitch if you did decide to want to. The reason for selling is needing the cash for the new family home. If car is sold for anywhere near asking price I will throw in all upgrades including 2 sets of wheels, Performance and high performance Winters, mats etc. We have also prepaid for the full premium Data access for 2 years that is connected this cars VIN and will transfer to the new owner. This data is normally $15/mth so 2 years would run about $360. Car also has full warranty until 2030 or 192,000km. Probably a many other features and upgrades I'm forgetting.
