2007 Honda civic

2007 Honda Civic Lx, this is a 2 owner car that was taken well care of. It has about 430k km, all vehicle maintenance was done on time. Oil was changed every 5k Km. There are a few cosmetic issues due to the age, however the mechanical side of the car is perfect. Two rust spots behind the rear doors, no other rust beside this. There is sun fade on the paint. This was used daily for work, has never given anyone any problems. The ac does not work, will need a refill as it was not touched since buying it. There is 1 set of brand new tires that was purchased from Costco around 2023. They were only used for one season. Selling for $1650.
