2015 BMW i3 REX -

Bought with a broken REX in 2024.

Upgraded:

Retrofitted NBT EVO with iDrive 6 + Native BMW CarPlay 2 Stage Paint correction 6 months ago Ceramic Coated paint 6 months ago High end window tint 6 months ago New OEM carpet floor mats All software updated to 2025 at Dealership New 12v battery in February 4 winter tires with new TPMS - two only 8 months old Extra set of wheels with bald tires. 3 new OEM windshield wipers. Steam cleaned interior. LED High beam lights

Replaced: 2 Spark Plugs 2 Fuel Injectors 2 Ignition Coils 1 Cam Position Sensor All new gaskets on Intake side.

1 Spring Includes 3 new springs for the car. Includes 3 new Billstein shocks if you want to install them yourself. Was planning on doing it later.

Range extender works flawlessly now on the highway, not at low speeds in the city.

There is an online guide on how to fix the Cams without removing them from the engine, and I also purchased two new cams as a or to replace if existing cams can’t be fixed. (Rectifier needs to be turned a couple of degrees)

Battery Health - 78% Milage 196,000 km ~100km or electric range, 80 - 120 depending on outside temperature, driving style etc. Unlimited range on highways. A little bit of mechanical skill required to fix REX for in-city use. Full guide online.

I’ve owned it for 15,000km or so and battery health hasn’t changed even 1%.
