USED 2013 NISSAN JUKE SL AWD

Well loved family car. It’s just not practical for our big family anymore. I had it recertified last July. Right now it’s running and insured but it does Need some work, I have two parts that are covered under warranty (ac compressor and ball joint) also needs inner and outer front tie rods, both front wheel bearings, left and right lower balljoints and an alignment these jobs are included in the quote I got July 15th… the price will increase by $2000 if I have to repair myself. Selling as is at $4000 (Repair quote done July 15th 2025 at $2616.67 for everything listed above) Please serious inquiries only! Again-SELLING AS IS- PLEASE NOTE THAT the price will INCREASE BY 2000$ for a total of $6000 IF I have to bring it to the shop myself. Otherwise the PRICE IS FIRM AT $4000 AS IS without the quoted repairs. ~Had Lots of new parts put in in the last 3 years ~Kept up with oil changes (only used full synthetic and synthetic filter) ~last oil change was done at 203573km ~Always used recommended premium fuel ~Transmission pan and oil pan both replaced in 2023 at 166,453km ~Front control arms done September 2023 ~Timing cover and chain and all parts replaced at 168,201km ~Engine and cabin filters changed at 196,686km ~Serpentine belt replaced at 188,696km ~Brake lines changed at 188101km ~Replaced both rear shocks at 188101km ~Horn & connections replaced at 188101km ~Foglight and plate lights replaced July 2024 ~Fuel door changed July 2024 ~Duracell premium battery put in at 168,201km ~replaced alternator in early 2023 ~all rotors and brake callipers changed July 2024 ~there is a little wear in the drivers seat cushion on the side. ~the audio system is still in amazing shape(Rockford Fosgate) ~has backup camera! ~push start ~navigation system ~only one key! ~includes a wheel locking nut key for the tires. ~heated seats! ~power windows and side mirrors ~sunroof ~spare tire included with Jack ~tire pressure sensors in working order ~two new winters on the car from this year on rear ~may need two new ones for next season !!!!We Still need the vehicle for work, will be available to sell on July 29th as is at $4000 or July 30th (with QUOTED repairs at 6000$) repair date booked for July 30th. ***KM will be changing because I am still driving it until the 30th.***

ALSO: if someone’s willing to cover the quoted repairs on the 30th at the scheduled shop(for warranty purposes) I will consider lowering the price of the vehicle to $3000.00. I can use my tax exemption the day of the repair and bring the price of the quoted repairs down to $2431.34. I do have pictures the quote. Just request if interested. Thankyou! :)
