2004 Audi S4 Avant Manual + 2nd Eng (Tim Chns & Cam Adj Done)

2004 Audi S4 Manual Avant - Original Yellow with Panda interior. Currently registered in NS. Vehicle can be sold separately or with 2nd engine. Sunroof, trailer hitch, Billstein coilovers, B6 center console upgraded to B7 version and other work completed. 2nd engine just returned last week from EK Performance in Montreal and has had new timing chains, RS4 chain guides, both cam adjusters replaced with new aftermarket parts, new gaskets etc. EK leakdown/compression test document will be provided. 2nd engine has 1 damaged plastic valve cover and will use air intake manifold from this vehicle. 2nd engine came from 2008 S4 (we own this vehicle as well). 2nd Engine was removed by EK, so engine history is documented. 2nd engine had 125,400 on it when removed to be serviced. 2nd engine has water pump, ac compressor, ps pump and altenator attached as shown. Car has following issues: existing engine with 316k has oil leaks and cam adjustor failure. Engine starts and runs, but mis-firing as expected. Rear exhaust pipe on passenger side is broken. We have an extra B7 section in very good condition, however to use it will require widening the cutouts for the tips in the rear skirt (4 tips on B7 vs 2 tips on B6). Everything else works, no electrical issues. Car has rust spots, and was intended as a project, but due to new job schedule, we won't have the time to do it.
