2015 Acura MDX with low Kms

Vehicle is a good working condition with no known faults. During the past 12 months, this vehicle has been parked in a garage and driven once or twice a week in the local neighbourhood. The vehicle also includes:

- Leather seats - Heated front seats - Driver's memory seat - Remote start - Power tailgate - Sunroof

The car has had the recommended timing belt change at 165K, which also included the water pump and spark plug replacements which are recemmonded to be undertaken at the same time as the timing belt replacement. This MDX has been regulalry serviced at Camco Acura and all service records are available for review.

All season Michelin Primacy tires where fitted new to the vehicle this year, and there is also a set of winter tire that have been used for one season.

During the period that we have own this vehicle, we have taken it yearly for rust protection application from Crown.

Vehicle also comes with a provincally mandated Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP)
