This is a 2004 Subaru Legacy Wagon Spec-B WR-2004 Limited Edition. This was a trim to celebrate the WRC win in 2003. It comes in a WR Mica Blue colour and gold colored rims. It also has blue and black seats similar to an STi. This one has no aftermarket mods which is always a good thing as you can modify it yourself.
