Subaru outback 2010 in excellent condition

2010 Subaru Outback back with 288k milage with a clean title and in great condition. I had it for about a year and never been into any troubles, selling 'as is'. But nothing much to do for safety. ~ Symmetrical AWD for Canadian weather. ~ 2.4 L engine (good on gas) and automatic transmission. ~ Sunroof (automatic). ~ Very strong engine & transmission ~ leather interior ~ Harman kardon speakers. ~ Bluetooth and hands free calls. ~ OEM alloy wheels ~ Power front seats. ~ power windows. Recent upgrades. ~ Android auto and Apple car play with bigger screen. ~ HD back up camera with night vision. ~ Trailer hitch installed with brake light connection. ~ phone holder with wireless charging. ~ comes with 2 keys. ~ weathertech mats (2024) Recent maintenance ~ Replaced valve cover gasket set (both) April 2025 ~ Brand new battery installed (May 2025). ~ battery ground wire & terminal fuse replaced (May 2025). ~ Professionally detailed (July 2025). A few minor scratches you can find on this vehicle, considering it's age. * AC blows cold and the heater works as it should. Synthetic oil change done in every 8000 kms. No codes on dash, no warning lights, no leaks, nothing. Please note : the park brake (hand brake) wasn't working by the time I purchased it but that wasn't an issue for me to use this vehicle in any event. I have got the safety with this, so it isn't an issue to get certification, check with your local mechanic. Car runs and drives very smoothly, have no problems. The engine and transmission are solid and works perfectly. This is my daily driving vehicle, so the kilometres can go up. Reason for selling : Due to a back pain, trying to go for a higher seat position vehicle and I don't have space to park in my driveway. The asking price is very much reasonable for a vehicle in this condition, and the amount I spent on this SUV..., so please don't low ball.
