2011 Ford E350 Super Duty Wagon with Wheelchair Lift for Sale - $12 000

We are the second owners of a 2011 Ford Econovan that has been converted with a Braun elevator lift on the side door. We are looking to sell it as is for $12000. There is a bench seat in the back, and the driver and passenger seats in the front. The bench seat can be removed, but you have to be pretty strong to get it in and out. The wheelchair fits in the middle of the van. Comes with four tie-downs. The van drives well, has been professionally cleaned, has great all season tires, reasonable mileage for its age, and a brand new battery. The safety inspection is good until June 2025. The lift has a brand new circuit board, and works very well.

We had a pre-MVI and the findings are as follows: • The front brakes are 10mm (great) • Back brakes are between 3 and 4mm. I’m told that means they will probably pass the safety inspection in a few month’s time, but will need work within 4-8 months, depending on how much you drive it. • The Ebrake holds and releases. • The left rear rocker needs to be repaired due to rust damage. • The side middle door is rusted at the bottom. • Brake flex lines are rusty. • No leaks were detected. • Rear cover is very rusted. • Blower fan only works on high.

As you can see from the Pre-MVI picture, we did not undercoat the van, despite living in salty, snowy Nova Scotia. There is rust on the bottom, which I tried to capture in the photos. According to my mechanic, the body work (rocker, door, perhaps brake flex lines) will need to be addressed in order to pass the next safety inspection. Depending on who you know, this should cost between $1000 and $2000 to remediate. He also suggested sourcing a side door from a scrap yard to replace the current door in order to save on costs.

This van has worked very well for our family of 5 over the last 8 years. It has a lot of life left in it.
