I am helping my friend rent out one closed bedroom in a 4.5 apartment in Villeray- on Rue Rousselot close to Rue Villeray. My friend lives there with her 1 year old daughter, who goes to daycare close by. She is very responsible and keeps her apartment tidy and clean. She speaks English and some French.
The kitchen and bathroom were renovated this past year. Except for the empty bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished. It’s walking distance to the Fabre metro station, and the 99 bus is even closer.
The price is $650 plus utilities (approximately $24 for WiFi and approximately $30-60/month for Hydro, depending on the month).
We are looking for a responsible, clean person who will reliably pay their rent on time and won’t cause any drama to share the apartment. Women are preferred. No pets are allowed in the apartment.
