We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Formsetter Foreman to lead our crew in the construction of concrete structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formsetting, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Job Title: Experienced Form Setter and Preparer.
Anticipated start date: 2nd week of May
Qualifications:
• Lead and supervise the prep team.
• Manage daily work logs, timekeeping, and project reports
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during the construction process
• Prior experience in concrete form setting and preparation.
• Understanding of how weather conditions can impact work schedules, acknowledging the seasonal nature of the job.
• Installing and preparing
concrete forms for commercial and residential projects, including driveways, sidewalks, curbs, stairs, and garages
• Read and interpreter blueprints to ensure accurate formwork installation
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment for precise measurements and leveling
• Strong physical condition, capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Filing out FLHA
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a concrete formsetter, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of concrete formsetting techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage a team, ensure productivity, and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
