TMD Homes Inc. is currently hiring finish carpenters. The following positions are also available, Framers, Drywallers and siding installers (Must be good working with metal and bender).
We offer Competitive wages and Benefits after probationary period. What we are looking for in the following positions. (Foreman's will eventually get a truck and trailer which will be picked up at shop location daily). Therefore, license is a must and clean driver abstract is mandatory.
Foreman
- Run a crew and keep all workers productive while also staying productive.
- Know how to do all preparations correctly before any installations.
- Need Minimum to no guidance
- Needs no supervision and be understanding with change orders.
- positive attitude always

- Have own transportation
- Be reliable and punctual
Finish Carpenter
- Know how to prep jobs, use edgers on sub floor, self leveller or mud patch concrete floors prior to floor instillation.
- Know how to install doors, trim, pocket doors, sliding doors of multiple brands and hardware.
- Install engineered, laminated, floating floors and carpet is a plus.
- Have own transportation
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have pride in yourself and your work.
- Hard hat, work boots, safety glasses and basic tools with belt.
