This is a high-end suede couch. The cushion covers are removable so they can be washed. It is in good used condition. See photos, the armrest have a few small holes. This couch is super comfortable and is a generous size, and has a ton of life left in it. The back cushions can be removed and the couch is wide enough that we have had many people sleep on it as a bed. 84 inches long and 38 deep.
