It has oversized cushion pad pedals to make movement and stability easier. The large display screen is very easy to read. It has a safety locking device to keep animals and children safe. There are additional grips with pulse sensors to measure your heart rate, and incline option if you feel you need to work a little harder. The front drive offers a more compact footprint and is more joint-friendly due to a flatter, more gliding motion, also offering greater glute activation.
I found I didn't have enough time to use it regularly, so after my mom's hip replacement she used it for recovery. I am very active, so between here and I, I am sure this machine is excellent for all fitness levels.
