Looking For Job On CASH, Will pay $250 ( Not Hiring )

I will pay $200 if anyone successfully refer me in to any CASH job. Here is my availability Monday - Friday - Till 5 P. I am available all the days expect Saturday. I have restaurant kitchen experience, cleaning experience and don't have warehouse experience but I can work, physically strong and capable. I may pay more if job is good. Note: I will only give money only after start working.
