Hiring Window Cleaning technician

Job Title: Window Cleaning Technician (Exterior / Interior Residential) Location: Newmarket (Surrounding areas) Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $20/hr – up to $25/hr by end of season (Commission available based off preformance) IF INTERESTED RESPOND BACK WITH YOU’RE PHONE # AND A RESUME About the Role: We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, and positive individual to join our growing window cleaning team. This is an outdoor, hands-on job that keeps you active and moving all day. You’ll be cleaning exterior windows using water-fed pole systems Whether you’re just starting out or have experience, we’ll train you to become efficient, safe, and detail-focused. As you improve, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a commission-based pay structure, giving you the ability to earn more based on your performance and speed. What You’ll Do: Clean residential windows using pure water-fed pole systems Set up and maintain equipment on job sites Ensure a clean, streak-free finish on every window Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner What We’re Looking For: Reliable and punctual Enjoys working outdoors and staying active Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Comfortable working solo or on a small team Open to learning and taking feedback to improve Perks & Growth Opportunities: - Starting at $20/hr — earn up to $25/hr by end of season (Commission options after training & hitting performance goals) - Cash tips & bonuses for 5-star reviews - Full training provided.
