It has a sharp stainless steel scalloped blade which provides exact clean cuts without crushing or tearing while the sturdy aluminum frame keeps the blade taut and level. Markings on the frame allow adjustment of the cutting height in ¼” increments up to 3 inches high. It is designed to cut cakes up to 18 inches wide. (21.5 inches long).
