    $20,000 custom kitchen installed October /24 following flood damage. Decided soon after installation this is not the footprint wanted (rushed decision due to insurance pressure). New kitchen ordered - arriving August. No countertops - due to decision to change design we did not invest in countertops.

    Cabinets still installed. Will disassemble for buyer. $5,500 (cabinets and island) $3,500 (cabinets only) Will to sell red oak island separately for $2,000 ($9,500 value). Appliances not for sale.
