Hi there! My landlord has recently approved me having a small amount of laying hens on my property (yay!) so I am putting some feelers out for local chicks!
I am only permitted to have laying hens, so the chicks must be sexed prior to purchase. (I am told that is what a “pullet” is - a female chick for laying)
I am located in Cambridge and can travel a reasonable distance for the right birds! I’m hoping for breeds that produce often and are hardy, but I’d love to have a colourful collection as well, so if you have any chicks that match that description - dont be a stranger!
