PLEASE HELP us find our beloved cat, Possum, Our other cats, as well as ourselves, look for her every day.. Possum was last seen on Norwood Terrace the morning of Nov 6, 2017. She is shy around strangers. We heard AFTER Possum disappeared, that someone on Norwood Road and another person on Norwood Terrace were feeding her, believing that our pet was a stray or feral. Possum was gaining weight, which bewildered us.. Please don't feed your neighbor's pets. If a new cat comes by, check to see if he/she has an owner before feeding it, especially, as in Possum's case, if the cat is well cared for and healthy. Please ask neighbors, take the "stray" to be scanned for a chip, report a "found" pet to TAS and THS, etc. .. If any of this was done by the 'well meaning' people feeding our pet, she would be here with her family now. Feeding a cat that you don't know isn't kindness, you are or may be enticing a pet away from their home with food. Cats will almost always eat your food no matter how well fed at HOME. Possum's eyes are a lighter shade of yellow with a tint of green. She is a small white cat with four grey spots on her left side. See attached photos.
