From the start of my training, I was intrigued by human anatomy and the body’s natural ability to heal. This has shaped my practice, specializing in cupping, myofascial release, deep muscle, trigger point, Swedish, therapeutic and relaxation massage to promote pain relief, improve mobility and overall wellness.

Also my massage therapy session focuses on maintaining and rehabilitating soft tissues while enhancing range of motion to allow my clients to perform at their optimal level.
