My name is Conor Brown and I'm a professional guitarist, producer, and teacher. My one-on-one private lessons are custom tailored to your specific needs and goals. From learning to read music or learning to play by ear, from technique to theory, songwriting, recording, improvising, or singing and playing at the same time, I will guide you towards achieving your goals as quickly as possible. Whether you're a total beginner, an intermediate/advanced musician looking to improve your skills, or an aspiring producer, I've got you covered. Styles of music include (but are not limited to) rock, classical, pop, electronic, blues, country, funk, and more. Tell me what you want from your lessons and I'll make it happen!

Why me? -I have over 20 years of teaching experience, and I hold a Bachelor of Music in guitar performance from the University of Toronto -My schedule is flexible so I can accomodate your schedule (unlike most music schools) -Lessons can be held at my studio or your place for convenience and comfort -Fully acoustically treated studio set up for music production and optimal acoustics -Extremely versatile and thus can teach many styles of music such as classical, rock, pop, blues, funk, metal, etc. to all ages and levels of players -Fully competent in theory, composition, songwriting, arranging/producing -Can teach you to sing and play your instrument at the same time -Great improvisation skills, can teach you a variety of approaches to improvising -I can learn and transcribe music on the spot with 100% accuracy (many online tabs and videos are WRONG!) -I can prepare you for auditions, exams, or any type of performance...including campfire sing-alongs :) I've done it all so I'll have you ready for anything!
