New tire recycling line for passenger, truck, and industrial (OTR) tires, brand Greenovate, model TC 1200-60 HD. The maximum diameter of the shredded tire is 1200 mm, and the total throughput is 6000 kg/h.
The line includes:

2. Chain Plate Conveyor CPC — 1290
3. Disc Screener DS — 1245
4. Belt Conveyor x 3
The final product is TDF (Tire-Derived Fuel) in the form of chips, used as supplementary fuel, mainly alongside coal and wood. Over the years, more and more power plants are recognizing the potential of TDF as an alternative fuel—not only because of its high energy value but also due to lower costs and environmental benefits.
Controlled combustion of TDF leads to lower greenhouse gas emissions per MJ of energy compared to coal combustion. Additionally, TDF has a significantly lower moisture content, which improves the combustion process.
Its high calorific value makes TDF an excellent alternative fuel for energy-intensive industries that use advanced exhaust gas filtration systems (examples are shown in the photo).
