Summer RV pad rental near Castle Mountain

Expression of interest only, please read whole ad - we are creating our early bird access list with qualified candidates. We are currently constructing a premium RV campground in Southern Alberta near Castle Mountain exclusively for seasonal RVs. The site will be in the Castle mountain area (views of mountains all around) and within 500 meters of a fishing / swimming / boating lake. This campground will be fully serviced with water and metered 30A power but will not have septic services (we have a provider that offers economical dumping and propane fillups). There will be a simple general store close by with firewood, ice cream, and supplies. RV members will also have access to a wood-fired sauna on the lake shore. We do not want the hustle of overnight guests coming and going and want to build a community of folks that look out for each other. No overnight RVs will be allowed, only seasonal memberships. Early bird rates will be $5,000 for the summer season (May-Oct) or $8,000 for the whole year, great if you ski at Castle in the winter and don’t want to be paying $800/night for a small cabin… Please respond with your name, phone, email, size (length of trailer), home city, and preference for summer or year round access.
