There is no smoking, bong-use, or vaping allowed, and there are no pets allowed. There are 8 bedrooms in this house, as well as one large kitchen (with four fridges), three bathrooms, and a living room. Laundry machines are located in the basement. A parking spot next to the house is available for an additional cost per month.
Rent includes all utilities, washers and dryers (no extra costs to use these), wi-fi. This large room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, and closet, and loveseat.
The house is located in South End, Halifax, close to SMU and Dalhousie, a 15 min walk from downtown and the waterfront. There are bus stops for the 4, 7, 10, 24, and 29 a few minutes walk away from the house. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, conveniece store, barbershop, cafe, and several restaurants in the neighbourhood.
