The room is available either in March or April 1. This is a spacious one room with a big shared living room and bathroom. It is located in downtown Halifax. It is close to everything at walking distance. Dalhousie University is located at about 8 minutes walking distance and St. Mary University at 4 minutes walking distance. Superstore and Sobeys are located at 3-5 minutes walking distance. Everything, including waterfront and point pleasant park, is located at walking distance. Bus stops that can connect you to anywhere in the city are just in front of the apartment. Parking is not included in the rent. Please, give me details about yourself. This room will be available starting from March/April 1, 2025. For one person the rent is 1000. For two person, the rent will be 1200 including everything.
