The rent includes a private furnished room with a separate kitchen and bathroom from the main floor. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with possibly one other tenant in the house and also serves as a communal space where you can chat with others if desired. Equipped with all amenities including stove, microwave and toaster oven. Laundry on site.

I've been renting rooms in the house for over 20 years and enjoy sharing the space. I'm seeking respectful, quiet, clean individuals who keep themselves busy and are working or going to school outside the house. I have had a lot of ESL students and am always happy to have a chat if they would like to practice their English!

I am a vibrant, mature woman who enjoys music, salsa dancing, cooking, and spending time with my family.

Transit to UofT, George Brown and MTU is roughly 25-35 minutes on TTC. York University is further north at 50 minutes.

As it is a shared space, there are no overnight guests and absolutely no smoking indoors.

The area is safe and vibrant, full of beautiful trees and nearby parks. It is a close walk to the St Clair subway station and St. Clair streetcar. Close to Grocery stores and banks towards St Clair, and smaller fruit and veg. markets, cafes and shopping towards Davisville.
