Total five persons lives in this high rising two-bedroom apartment. 3. The bedroom is newly painted. 4. Also the room is heat treated for extra safety from bedbugs. 5. First month’s rent + one-month deposit required to book. Deposit returns on the move out day. Two months prior notice to move out. 6. No lease required, month-to-month basis (long-term intention preferred) 7. Located just one minute from the Victoria Park subway station, with groceries and other amenities within walking distance. You can enter the subway from the back door of the building in one minute, and there’s a bus stop located just under the building. If you are Muslim, then there’s a masjid inside the building. 8. No Guests, no Party, Quiet and clean environment with a weekly cleaning rotation for shared areas. Everyone is required to clean once a week to ensure the bathroom and kitchen remain dry and neat. So, if you like cleanness then you are welcome. 9. Shared bathroom and full kitchen featuring a large freezer, microwave, air fryer and plenty of cabinets. 10. There’s a walk-in closet in the bedroom and plenty of additional storage in the apartment. 11. Laundry facilities are available on the building’s ground floor.
