Just a basic main floor room in a 1920s home in Historic Woodfield downtown London. Wood floors. Small closet. Utilities included. We have wifi. Easy to walk to everywhere and there is a bus stop just a couple houses away on Adelaide st for the 16.
I require first and last months rent.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor and 2 bedrooms in the basement. There is a bathroom on each level and a shared kitchen on the main floor.
We have a washer and dryer, fridge and stove but no central air. I usually put a window ac in the diningroom window for July and August hot months.
