(But it's up to you if your data is enough for you.) - they clean every after using the kitchen - they are quiet especially after 10pm. - the hydro/gas cost around $65 - $85 max per month depends on how often you cook. - The room has a bed and mattress included - it has a large window - has a walk in closet - big space and quiet (its good for working from home) - next to a bathroom - free parking in front and the street (but not inside the garage as there are stuffs there) - you can ask for the garage parking but cost $100 / month. The house: - the bathroom beside your room will share with two other persons (3 of you total) - there's other toilet in the first floor. - visitors are allowed (and sleepover) - you can cook any dish until 11pm - there are a lot of kitchen utensils to share with - there's a cabinet / drawer space for you in the kitchen & fridge, and you can put your own shelves - the basement is free you can put your extra stuffs.
