Private room for rent
A fully furnished bedroom all inclusive has become available in a 2 bedroom apartment in the summerside area. Its within walking distance, to the grocery store, bus station and all other local amenities. You will be sharing this apartment with a 32 year old female working professional and her 10 year old Labrador mix who is very friendly and sleeps most of the day. The apartment is quiet, clean, no smoking or partying as this is an apartment building shared with seniors. The apartment comes with a stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, Kerruig and all other kitchen necessities and 1 parking spot is available. This room comes with a bed, 2 dressers, decent closet space, patio door for your own private enterance if you prefer. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area. Your rent includes, heat, hot water, electricity, internet, Netflix, bedding , toilitries and I can move a television into your room if you do not have one. I'm also open to washing the bedding and replacing your sheets bi weekly if you prefer or you can do this yourself. We can discuss the extras in person.
