I'm renting a spacious fully furnished room. It's clean in a good area of town. Close to the Wheatland Mall, gas bars, across from a Church and a nice park a walk away. We have a new walking path which takes you around the city also close to popular coffee shops. I'm looking for a non partier, non smoker; only smoking or vaping are aloud outside. Each room has a tv, bar fridge, and a fan for outside noise. I also have 2 deep freezers and an extra large size fridge if needed. It's a quiet home, very clean and comfortable. Only serious people need to apply. Thank you
