Freedom 21 Day sailor

Freedom 21 sailboat, cat style, forward mast, no stays, yard style fore sail, see video. Great for single handing or with one other person, I have this on Lake Huron for several years, no troubles on great lake. Has porta-potty head, boat is in good condition, cushions, cockpit table, 9.8 Nissan outboard, cradle. Boat is on the hard in Goderich if you want to inspect out of the water, launching May 24. Dockage is paid for 2025, can include boat with dock or separate $5,000.00 including dock, $3,000.00 without dock. I will help set up lines and sail with you if desired as you get comfortable. Reason for selling, I have grandchildren learning to sail and I am looking for a larger boat.
