S2 8.0B Sailboat

8 m sailboat in Port Dover. Storage to early May and launch included. Project boat, most of deck needs work (re-coring) for serious sailing. And interior finishing for looks and comfort. Complete with sails, rigging, anchor, cushions (good shape), etc. All the pieces are there. Can sleep 4. No motor, no survey but can summarize recent inspection. Sails nice. Cross listed.
