Wage: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Position Overview
Luxe Decorum is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our retail and warehouse team as a Retail Sales Representative / General Labourer.
This role involves both customer-facing retail sales and physically demanding warehouse work, including heavy lifting and furniture assembly.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers and perform retail sales duties
• Develop thorough knowledge of all products and communicate effectively with customers
• Load and unload shipping containers and delivery trucks
• Verify delivery slips to ensure correct products and quantities
• Assemble furniture, primarily dining chairs and tables
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse space
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Support general labour tasks as needed

Requirements
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Full G driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have own reliable transportation to and from work
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous warehouse or furniture assembly experience is an asset
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required

Schedule Details
• 8–9 hour shifts
• Must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule
