Your Role: Champion Small Business in Your Region
As a District Sales Manager, you'll represent CFIB in Regina by:
Engaging directly with small business owners in your assigned territory
Building strong relationships through in-person meetings
Presenting the value of CFIB’s membership and services
Managing renewals and ensuring member satisfaction
Representing local business needs and being a trusted voice in your community
What You Bring:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Business acumen or an entrepreneurial mindset
Self-motivation, resilience, goal-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
What You’ll Get:
Base salary + uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses
$80K–$90K+ annually (some earn even more)
