House Rules, Guidelines and Intentions:

We welcome engaged, peaceful, playful beings who respect one another, our shared eco life home & adult oriented community. We are a messy, project heavy, working urban farm with equipment, tools, pool, waterfront cliff, wildlife and are NOT "baby-proof" or suitable for children, infants or pets who must be supervised at all times.

All guests are comfortable with natural nudity. Pool patio, hidden faerie forest gardens and hot tub are clothing optional. When children or youth are present, whole property dynamic is family friendly.

Limited recreational use of alcohol, NATURAL cannabis or other sacred plant (raw, edible, vaporize or smoke) is chill, consensus defined as 2-3 days per month or week for inner circle cohabitation. Personal medicines, essential oils & natural health & beauty products are cool. Ask us why.

ZERO TOLERANCE: No commercial tobacco / cigarettes, smokers, nicotine or scented vape, THC / DMT chemical distillate, concentrate, dabs, pens, shatter etc., scent or synthetic fragrance PERIOD. We choose to be mostly chemical-free!

PLEASE DO NOT smoke or vape on the road, in your vehicle or around the property. You will be asked to leave. If you like to indulge, leave these substances at home, shower first, come to us scent-free for a short chemical free detox on this beautiful clean pristine barefoot grounding land of Secwepemcúl'ecw.

Main House, pool, hot tub & wireless are open 8am - 10pm. 24 hr internet/screen free day, currently Saturday to Sunday by consensus. Wireless in the great room may not be accessible in bedrooms.
