Very updated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage on Pigeon lake. Step out the sliding glass door of your kitchen onto your 14X23 deck that overhangs Pigeon lake. Take 4 steps and you will be on your private 6x30 dock. Water depth at the end of the dock is 5 feet with a rocky bottom, you can dive in and go for a swim. Western exposure for fantastic sunsets every night. The cottage has a full updated kitchen with everything you will need including a dishwasher and Microwave. Upstairs the 180 degree views of the lake are to die for. The Living room has a wall of windows that all open to let the cool lake breezes blow through. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has double bunk beds. The Living room has 2 couches one of them pulls out into a double bed. The cottage also has satellite TV and laundry facilities. Wifi and Smart Sony TV. Plenty of parking and large grass areas. Propane Weber BBQ directly out your back door. Direct waterfront, any closer and you would be floating. Stairs with handrail into water. Private 6X30 dock with great fishing and swimming. Sandy beach nearby. Sandbar directly across the lake. Fire pit. Paddle boat and canoe included.
