Great little couples trailer, we’ve had this trailer for 4 years and sat out at our year round site since we bought it. Bought off an older couple that took great care of it, Everything works like new, furnace heats the trailer well in subzero temps, has no a/c but the 3 speed fan on a thermostat was enough to keep it cool even on 30 degree days, an excellent trailer and hate to see it go, but we’ve upgraded to a similar layout out with slide outs. We had a brand new awning cavas installed at Royalty RV in Olds Ab beginning of last season There is some hail dings on rear and driver side wall but front and passenger walls are un touched, they aren’t bad but noticeable when your close up to it Would consider trades with a 20’ enclosed trailer $14,500 obo Dimensions Length 23 ft.
