I purchased the trailer ~five years ago with a soft spot in the floor, which was repaired at the time. The roof was also resealed with Eternabond tape. It’s been regularly used throughout Atlantic Canada in all types of weather with no further leaks or issues. Always stored indoors over the winter. I’ve already booked winter storage for this year, which could potentially be transferred to the new owner.
