2009, 27’ North country travel trailer. King size bed, bunks in the back (single over double), pullout couch bed as well as table that can also be converted to a double bed = hypothetically could sleep 9. Vented AC (unit replaced 3 years ago), vented heat, microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and separate freezer, outside shower, full bathroom with sink, toilet (replaced two years ago) and shower, double sink in the kitchen, lots of cupboard space / tons of storage, tv / dvd player, master bedroom separated by storage / tv console unit and foldout vertical blinds on either side, awning has no holes and works well, 7’ ceilings, radio / cd player, ~13ft slide for table and couch. Great family unit. Full disclosure, had leak on the passenger side nose of trailer two years ago, repaired and no leaks since. Leak noticed quickly as we were camping in stormy weather at the time it occurred. Can see the little area with rippled wallpaper in one of the pictures. Selling to downsize, at time of purchase had anticipated using it at a lake lot / having more kids but plans change. Located in St. albert.
