Up for sale is our very well kept 2002 Security 25ft fifthwheel, manufactured by Peak Manufacturing. Sleeps 6 Furnace, hot water tank, fridge, stove, stereo and AC all work perfectly. Stored indoors until 5 years ago. Never any leaks or water damage. Never any mice. Roof resealed as a preventative measure 2 years ago. Custom fabricated hitch on rear of trailer so you can add a bike rack or tow your toys behind it. New bearings, new tires and rims last summer. Took it on a 16,000km round trip to Newfoundland and back last year and it did great. Half ton towable as it is only 7,000lbs when FULLY loaded with the necessities, equipment and water. No known issues at this time. Likely one of the nicest and well kept trailers that you will find in this price range. Only selling as we are building a skoolie motorhome. $9000 obo. No trades.
